Athletics: Yolo run organisers apologise for 'unpleasant experience'
Not so yolo? One runner described it as the worst run ever, with multiple chokepoints and a three-hour-long queue to collect his bag.

Because now it's all about money generating events and not for the benefit of runners... think about it.. aren't there more runs nowadays as compared to 5 years ago??

Apologise? Hang on a minute...are you not a professional sports events organizer? If it is a yes all of these issues would have been thought through way before. If you are not one then please move on to some other small events that you could manage well. It is that simple.

Can’t understand why so many runs are held in and around the CBD causing inconveniences even though it’s held on weekends. I am sure circling in and around the National Stadium can clock 10km as well ...

Well, You Only live Once, to experience such a crappy race like this....so enjoy it while it lasts...cause next year, this will not happen again as the organizer would most likely gone broke...hehehe...

Not to mention that you guys just screw up the race distance by 500m for the top athletes who are all gunning to claim the big prize.

We need the boss Alex Loh to actually show his face and force him to stop organizing such races in future. https://www.linkedin.com/in/alex-loh-9495294a/. Not the first failed race that's for sure. Seems like his profits outweigh the complaints of runners every time.
