Did they consider security issue like theft, robbery, hijack, etc. They should first place more credible police patrolling and make Johor a safe place first. I won't be surprised if B5 turn into crime infestation. Many jobless youth will go there to hang around for quick bucks.

There goes the attractive shopping paradise name for Singapore, with our smart government chasing for GDP with high retail rentals and costs. Somehow developing countries do better than developed country like Singapore.

Go to this kinda crowded pack like sardine place, wont kena rob and pickpocket? Kids wont kena kidnap the moment ur eye is off of them? Cumon its bolehland, u cant even trust their authorities to do their job well no matter how many police they station there.

I enjoy the tasty street food cooked by the Johorians in outdoor dining and nostalgic rustic atmosphere which is sadly missing in Singapore.

Johor is becoming a more attractive destination to retire, live, play or even work as new Malls, entertainment ,housing and amenities are added recently.

For visitors go in during off peak periods and stay in hotels or Air B&B homes. Relax, slow pace and low cost!

The area after sentral and larkin will have no immigration control. Recently there are still quite a no. of victims who have succumbed to not just theft but armed theft with parangs.

Do what need to be done first. Clean up the streets of scumbags, bigots, parasites and reinforce the security of the state first.
Attractions and other initiatives can follow up thereafter.
