I've been in healthcare/social services since I was 18 (now pushing 40, ugh). You CANNOT walk into an expensive steakhouse, order a beautiful, expensive cut of meat, have some sides and a few drinks, maybe a piece of chocolate lava cake....and pay with a five dollar bill.

That's basically what Donald Trump promised, and what people still believe.
