There should be laws against these kinds of mergers, particularly when it relates to food.

Beware 3G Capital and the culture of ruthless profiteering. The spin is lean budgets and young talent, the reality is far less pretty. Why do we want monopolies like this owning every aspect of our consumer lives?

I'm the same bottle? That's disgusting! I kid. This is terrible for the American consumer. All those different brands in the stores "competing" against each other are actually owned by only a handful of companies who rig the market. Competition in the US is basically a myth.

Merge the two companies, threaten to move production out of the USA, and boom, huge tax break from 45 and he can boast that he saved jobs.

Now that wouldn't be considered a monopoly, would it. Lol. They could control the market value on all our groceries and health aids. Wyd that better not get approved.

These mega-mergers are because companies don't innovate anymore. Rather than develop a new product, they simply buy a company that already produces it.

Because less competition and a bigger monopoly is good for the consumer.

How soon before P&G merges with this new company and we're getting all our household items from one company? This deal shouldn't go through.
